Question: How this person knows about deposit cuts many days before?

Second when the presidential elections was near, they called my father from the communistic party in Cyprus, to vote,support Malas candidacy because if Anastasiades will be elected will cut the deposits.
Personally i received this a move to scare their electors to vote Malas candidacy. I didn't expect that they were speaking frankly.
